Promotion terms

2. Eligibility. Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Entry. Entries open Thursday 22 October 2026 and close at 12pm AEDT on Tuesday 3 November 2026. Enter by completing the form on this page with your name, email and mobile number. One entry per person, plus one bonus entry for each new friend who enters through your personal referral link (no limit). Self-referrals and people already entered don't count. Referrers also receive, once per person, 2 tickets to the live property masterclass on Sat 28 Nov 2026 at 10am at 8 Gould Street, Strathfield South, and a signed copy of How to Buy 10 Properties Fast handed over at the masterclass. Incomplete, duplicate or late entries are invalid.
4. Draw. Winners drawn live at 12pm AEDT, Tuesday 3 November, by random draw from all valid entries at the close of entries. Winners are notified by email and/or phone.
5. Prizes. Grand prize: a 6-month mentorship with Eddie Dilleen (valued at $10,000), free. The mentorship includes, as a bonus, a free invitation to Eddie's in-person masterclass for the participant plus one friend; this bonus is part of the mentorship and is not a separate prize.
6. Claiming. The grand prize must be claimed within 3 days of being notified. If it is not claimed, a redraw will take place.
7. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
